How To Pay
Card Payment: If you choose to pay with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. A separate email will follow from our customer service team with a link to make payment.
PayPal: If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will receive an automated email confirming your order and a separate email containing payment details. Please note that there can sometimes be a delay in forwarding payment details outside of customer service hours; we thank you for your patience.
Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you will receive an automated confirmation email and an automated email containing our bank account details. Our customer service team may follow up to confirm that you have the details you need. Please remember to record your order number and order amount payable, as you will need those to complete your bank transfer.
If your payment shows in our account before 2pm GMT then your order will be dispatched on the same day. Please note that UK payments can take up to 2 hours to show in our account and International payments can take 2-3 days so please keep this in mind before contacting us regarding this.
Crypto: If you choose to pay by Crypto, you will receive an automated order confirmation email and you will be directed to the payment portal straight from the checkout page.
We do not confirm receipt of payment but once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm shipment and your tracking details.
